Fertech Industrial Park LLP is based in Malappuram, Kerala, and is recognized as South India's largest steel window and door frame manufacturing company.

We manufacture durable TATA Galvano GI steel windows and doors using laser cutting and MIG welding technology to ensure rust-proof, termite-resistant, and long-lasting performance.

2. Product Information

• All product details, specifications, and images displayed on our website are for general reference.
• Fertech reserves the right to modify designs, materials, or colors to enhance quality and production efficiency.
• Product longevity depends on correct installation, coating, and maintenance as advised by Fertech's technical team.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Product prices will be shared only through a personal quotation prepared by our Fertech sales executive based on your requirements
• All quotations are valid for a limited period and may change based on raw material cost and customization.
• Payments must be completed according to the quotation or invoice issued before production or delivery
• Fertech reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time to maintain product quality and compliance with market standards.

4. Delivery & Installation

• Fertech provides free delivery across Kerala for all confirmed orders.
• Delivery time depends on the order volume, production schedule, and customer location.
• All products are securely packed and dispatched directly from Fertech Industrial Park, Malappuram.
• Installation must follow Fertech's technical guidelines to ensure proper fitting, performance, and warranty eligibility.

5. Warranty Terms

• All products come with a Lifetime Service Warranty, applicable only to items manufactured by Fertech .
• Customers must apply epoxy primer within six (6) months from the purchase date; only a 2-pack epoxy is accepted.
• Warranty excludes damages from mishandling, improper installation, modification, fire, water, or chemical exposure.
• Detailed conditions are printed on the Fertech Warranty Card provided with every purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

• All website content — including images, designs, text, and videos — are the exclusive property of Fertech Products.
• Reproduction or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Fertech is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or website access.
• While every effort is made for accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

8. Privacy & Data Use

• Customer data collected through our website, WhatsApp, or quotation forms is used solely for communication, service updates, and warranty purposes.
• Fertech never sells, shares, or rents personal information to third parties.

9. Return & Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
• Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects verified by Fertech's inspection team.
• Customized windows and doors are non-returnable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malappuram District Court, Kerala.

11. Updates to Terms

Fertech reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
